&lt;p&gt;This position is accountable for developing and implementing technical training programs for our various dental customer sets and the continuous improvement of our field service capabilities.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Functions of the Regional Technical Manager are:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ol&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Responsible for training and ongoing technical and service support of Midmark&amp;rsquo;s dental distributors, including service and sales departments, specifically as the training and support relate to the complete line of Midmark&amp;rsquo;s dental products.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Developing and strengthening relationships in the field, with Midmark sales representatives and Regional Sales Managers, with Midmark&amp;rsquo;s distributor personnel, and with other key personnel at the end-user level.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Train service providers to correctly and efficiently render services on Midmark products to the satisfaction of both Midmark and our customers.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Provide information for the ongoing evaluation of service being performed and those providing it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Report quality problems that occur, detailing problems to the level that enables the problems to be solved according to Midmark Productions System principles.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Investigate, as required or as necessary, product complaints and incidents.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Develop and manage travel and training plans with the assistance, and at times, with the direction of the Regional Sales Manager.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Work with the Director of Marketing and the Product Managers to implement strategic marketing plans through the division&amp;rsquo;s technical service groups.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/li&gt;
