Provide a single point of contact service for designated national accounts. Provide support for EQ's National Account Managers. Implement and manage national contracts. Solicit and support EQ's products and services by motivating customers to increase utilization of all EQ facilities and services. Manage 3rd party services for national account clients.
Act as the Program Manager for all aspects of national contracts
Negotiate contract terms with subcontractors (transporters, disposal facilities)
Prepare reports required under terms of assigned contracts
Manage P&L responsibilities related to assigned contracts, in association with Operations Manager of Managed Services Group (previously Resource Management Division)
Participate in the creation of operational plans at each facility emphasizing efficient contract management, cost reduction & new business opportunities
Assist with implementation of new national contracts
Identify resources that the Managed Services Group (previously Resource Management Division) will need to meet customer expectations and position EQ Managed Services Group as an industry leader
Provide feedback on customer satisfaction issues and suggest methods of improving service
Attend job walks and coordinate with other EQ offices for out of scope or emergency response work. Ability to steer a bid from inception to delivery
Coordinate industrial service work either with EQIS or 3rd party providers
Obtain vendor pricing and assist with verifying monthly invoices for accurate pricing on large-scale projects.
Prepare monthly profitability (internal) implementation for all sites
Resolve any customer issues regarding vendors, service, billing, etc.
Resolve any vendor issues for purchase orders, pricing, services, etc.
Visit each large facility and make personal contacts with decision makers and cultivate work at large industrial services potentials and waste generation facilities
Moderate conference calls
Manage additional projects and assignments as required
Foster productive relationships between the RM Division and the other EQ entities
Promote the use of other EQ services with national TT&D customers
