The outbound coordinator will arrange and track shipments for waste received at EQ Detroit to be transshipped to another disposal location.
Create load composition for outbound shipments to a TSDF.
Generate appropriate shipping paperwork
Coordinate shipping schedules with outbound transporters/TSDF's
Generate packets for transboundary shipments if appropriate
Maintain prenotes for TSDF's outside of US
Maintain spreadsheets to track volumes of waste shipped against prenote volumes to non-US facilities

Primary contact for outbound load discrepancies. Coordinate with EQ personnel to resolve discrepancy and communicate resolution with receiving TSDF.

Facilitate the Lab Pack program by providing field services for customers on their site, including the characterization, packaging, handling, and transportation of customer wastes. Maintain and follow all established de-pack and consolidation guidelines.
Provide Lab Packing services at customer sites maintaining compliance with applicable RCRA and DOT regulations and with established EQ Company SOP's.
Sample and characterize customer waste, when necessary.
