   <description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: underline;"&gt;Position Summary:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;MMPI currently seeks a Project Manager for our Construction Services Department who will specialize in managing the mechanical, electric and plumbing coordination for our Cleveland Medical Mart Project.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: underline;"&gt;Responsibilities Include:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Overall responsibility for management and coordination of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Systems working for the Developer.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Ensuring the MEP contractors are meeting the specifications and design intent by the contract.&amp;nbsp; Review all material and system substitution requests.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Participate in weekly MEP coordination meetings. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Oversight of the overall MEP BIM coordination and assisting to resolve conflicts and discrepancies.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Manage the Commissioning Agent through basic and enhanced Commissioning.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&amp;nbsp;Coordinate with the LEED consultant to ensure we are meeting criteria, projected points, and the MEP contractors are following the proper procedures and processes.&amp;nbsp; .&amp;nbsp; &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Change order review from MEP contractors.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Preparing weekly project status reports &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Coordinating schedules and monitoring works in progress to keep MEP contractors on-schedule&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Provide daily on-site evaluations of construction activities&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;QA / QC of MEP systems.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Ensure construction submittals are properly evaluated, reviewed, and submitted &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Provide progress Construction Drawing reviews and comments on drawings issued by MEP engineers.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Assist General Contractor, Subcontractor, and design team in resolving design conflicts &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Other duties as assigned.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;</description>
