SUMMARY OF POSITION
The Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for the safe, effective plant operations within ShurTech quality standards. The manufacturing operation includes work order sequencing, set-ups, execution to plan, and delivery of product to Distribution. This position generally involves directing 45 – 65 hourly people. The Manufacturing Supervisor interacts with Planning, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality Assurance, Human Resources, and outside suppliers. The Supervisor is responsible for driving performance and continuous improvement in all assigned work centers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Consistent support of ShurTech policies and procedures with hourly personnel.
• Implementation of the standards, practices, and programs of ShurTech’s safety and health management process.
• Support all safety initiatives.
• Support the training program.
• Support the maintenance work order/PM program and TPM initiatives.
• Maximizing labor performance of the shift and scheduling of the existing work force. This includes cross training operator skills.
• Quality of product.
• Cultivation of ShurTech’s culture and values by promoting communication, teamwork, and respectful treatment of all individuals.
• Hold their team accountable to meet performance metrics.
• Support the 5S program.
• Work order management.
• Execution of timely performance reviews.
• Support time and attendance administration for hourly personnel.
• Support safety, housekeeping, 5S and TPM initiatives as required.
• Special projects as assigned by the Plant Manager.
• Ensure that all safety policies and procedures are followed. This includes accident reporting, investigation, primary cause analysis, corrective action, implementation, and follow up.
• Communicate daily with Materials Management to maximize ShurTech’s ability to service the customer while optimizing labor efficiency. This includes balancing the workflow and minimizing overtime.
• Communicate throughout the shift with hourly partners and associates to ensure a constant exchange of ideas, concerns, and information.
• Provide constructive feedback to our hourly partners.
• Maintain acceptable housekeeping standards within the department.
• Identification and execution of improvements in the manufacturing process.

National Account Manager - Canada (ShurTech Brands, LLC - Mississauga, Ontario)

SUMMARY OF POSITION
Responsible for the management and coordination of national accounts within ShurTech Brands-Canada. Key areas of focus include customer relationships, generating sales revenue and profits, and management of independent manufacturer's representatives as well as internal sales support functions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties as assigned)
•Responsible for Region’s P&L including NES, NM $, and NM %.
•Increase distribution of ShurTech’s Duck, FrogTape and Easy Liner branded products via existing and new account distribution.
•In support of ShurTech’s goals and objectives, and in tandem with the Manager, Trade Marketing and Product Managers, annually develop product placement and promotional strategies for key customers.
•Develop and foster strong relationships with key customers within area of responsibility.
•Manage Independent sales representative team assigned to regions accounts. This includes but is not limited to, annual agency goal setting, joint customer HQ calls, and annual evaluations.
•Collaborate and develop accurate region forecast in support of key customer business initiatives. Utilize ShurTech PSA system to properly communicate region’s product requirements.

SUMMARY OF POSITION:

The Assistant Category Manager position will support the Senior Category Manager and Director of the business unit in the development and execution of marketing plans. The ACM will take on the responsibility for tactical management of the existing business as well as assisting in category development opportunities. The ACM must fully understand both the individual product and the aggregate category business propositions. Projects could include display programs, line extension product coordination, test marketing setups and coordination, new item setup, analysis of competitive and retail data, new store setups, category review planning assistance. Mid-term goal is to develop marketing capabilities and grow into CM position.

Summary of Position: The Industrial Engineer / Statistician’s essential function is to assist the organization in the areas of quality, product development, and product and process improvement.
