2nd & 3rd $12.35 $12.55 $12.75 $12.95 $13.15 $13.40
There is a separate pay scale when you return to your 2nd – 2-year assignment.

• Average Base Salary-not including overtime, but including attendance bonus
• 1st year on 1st shift=$24,706 up to $25,906
• 2nd year on 1st shift=$25,740 up to $26,940

• 1st year on 2nd shift=$26,577 up to $27,777
• 2nd year on 2nd shift=$27,612 up to $28,812

• Overtime
• Any hours worked over 8 hours per day = time and one half
• Saturday hours = time and one half
• Sunday hours = double time

• $100.00 Monthly Attendance Bonus for perfect attendance
• Perfect attendance is defined as no Occurrences.
• Receiving the Attendance Bonus adds approximately .57 cents to your hourly wage.
• Usage of occurrences will disqualify you from receiving the monthly attendance bonus.

• Vacation
• Two vacation days will be earned at the end of the 12th month on assignment. The paid vacation days will be deducted from your agency vacation pay. Please see your agency of record for your specific vacation policy.

• Shutdown Pay- For Qualified associates only
• Attendance Policy
• Attendance is the number one reason that associates' assignments are ended. You are expected to be at your workstation for your 8-hour shift each day. You will receive an occurrence, regardless of missing a partial or entire shift. Occurrences (unexcused absences) explained below should only be used in emergency situations: 2 occurrences are available during the 1st two months of your assignment. You will receive an additional occurrence when you reach certain hour increments.
