   <title><![CDATA[Inside Sales Representative (Raleigh, North Carolina)]]></title>
   <description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primary Duties&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Maintain existing customer satisfaction including account management, order issues, troubleshoot entry/system errors, process returns and warranty replacements, etc. Support outside sales team in the territory. Identify, develop, and assess actionable sales opportunities (qualified leads) to hand-off to Outside Sales, leveraging both reactive and proactive prospecting methods via telephone and email.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Essential Duties and Responsibilities&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Manage existing customer care including order taking, troubleshooting and input trade show orders, etc.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Provide an exceptional &amp;ldquo;first customer care experience&amp;rdquo; to all existing customers&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Each Inside Sales Rep is responsible for supporting a field sales team field.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Has thorough knowledge of company products/services, Finance, and IT.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Communicate with field sales rep, region manager &amp;amp; client via phone, email, etc.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Participate on weekly region conference calls&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Manage lead transfer to Field Sales following lead through sales cycle, lead to opportunity to close&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Inside sales included on weekly Region sales meeting&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Outbound sales calls to client in territories where there is not a field sales rep due to leave or vacancy&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Clearly articulate solutions and business value to prospects&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Attend weekly Region sales meeting&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Maintain inbound and outbound calls daily&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Perform other duties as assigned&lt;/p&gt;</description>
