   <title><![CDATA[Service Planning Coordinator (Dallas, TX)]]></title>
   <description>&lt;p&gt;	Reports to the Director of Maintenance and Maintenance Supervisor or his/her designee. Responsible for the planning and scheduling of Business Jet Access Part 135 and Part 145 aircraft.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;	Plans, schedules, and coordinates scheduled and unscheduled maintenance events&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;	On large events, will establish time lines, charts and other tracking techniques&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;	Ensure schedules are met by coordinating with Maintenance Supervisor on labor requirements, hangar availability, associated technical manuals and date, specialized tooling, engineering support, etc.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;	Coordinates with Supply Chain Department to ensure availability of parts and materials to include lubricants, sealants, etc.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;	Coordinates with Director of Maintenance on providing quotes to owners/customers through data collected on past and present job requirements and to ensure future by tracking of expenses and labor hours.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;	Enters work scope into company work order system&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;	Monitors and tracks the status and performance of events, i.e., flat rate vs. actual, percent of completion, actual vs. estimate&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;	Maintains up to date knowledge of airframe and powerplant systems, methods, maintenance requirements and equipment&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;	Coordination with customer before, during and after Repair Station maintenance events&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;	Performs other duties as assigned as requested&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;	&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;	&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;	&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;</description>

   <description>&lt;p&gt;Summary Responsible for serving the customer&apos;s needs and the requirements of their aircrafts in accordance with Business Jet Center policies and procedures.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Responsible for towing and wing walking various aircraft.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Participate in FOD walks.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Responsible for greeting and marshalling aircraft on and off ramp.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Refuel aircraft based on customer requests. Conduct test to ascertain fuel quality.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Assist with loading and unloading passenger luggage and packages. Transport passengers to off site destinations (i.e. hotel, meeting place, etc.).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Assist in the care and cleanliness of the work area and facility.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Meet and greet arriving and departing customers. Provide customer service through assisting with service orders and other requests.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Communicate aircraft information via radio, phone, and other electronic devices.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
