Responsible for providing technical and customer support for installed systems. Will diagnose, troubleshoot, repair and debug complex electro/mechanical equipment, X-ray systems, and computer systems and/or complex software. Will follow standard procedures to isolate and fix problems in malfunctioning equipment or software. Report design, reliability and maintenance problems or bugs to technical support. Work on complex problems where analysis of data requires an evaluation of identifiable factors.

On-site FSE at DEN Airport. May be required to work at other airports for extended periods and to travel to remote airports as directed to support Morpho Detection CTX and EntryScan systems.

Responsibilities:

Must be proficient in reporting activities, maintaining local spare parts inventory, recording travel expenses and time card, submitting Request for Engineering Action (REA), implement Field Service Bulletins (FSB), maintain customer log books, and use sound judgment when dealing with customers.
Must be self-starter, work well without supervision, and accept responsibility.
Requires both domestic and international travel.

Facilitate clear communication of project cost collection requirements, numbers to use, etc. to Project Managers and other key team members.
Ensure that project expenses are charged correctly or work with Project Managers to correct any deficiencies utilizing proper process and procedure ensuring adequate and proper documentation is obtained and filed.
Maintain Global Installed Base for EDS, HRX, Trace and other offerings as they may be made available, working with current owners.
Maintain Oracle Global Allocation table required for Clientele / Service allocations.
Develop close relationship with key business stakeholders; exercise strong expertise and influence in all business operations to deliver business financial results as committed
Drive Projects compliance and work with execution performance team.
Conduct project post-mortem and variance analysis, especially estimate verses project actual comparison to highlight to the business.
Track, analyze and prepare reporting on Third Party Distributors and Agents sales performance in a timely manner and on-going basis.
