This person will provide technical support to clients, vendors, and applicants, monitor the dispatch and error queues and emails for specific issues and train new help desk personnel if needed. This person will also be responsible for providing Client Services management with feedback relating to user/client/applicant issues and keeping other members of the Infrastructure team abreast of changes relating to client management.
