   <description>The ideal candidate will develop, analyze, implement solutions, and coordinate all customer quality issues in new or existing products.  The primary duties and responsibilities for this position include the following but others can be assigned as needed:&lt;br&gt; 	Analyze, evaluate, and present information concerning factors such as customer complaints, production capabilities, manufacturing issues for consideration by other members of management team.&lt;br&gt; 	Suggest and debate alternative methods and procedures in solving customer quality issues and meeting changing market opportunities. Utilize Turbo Plus methodology to communicate this information to responsible departments.&lt;br&gt; 	Cooperate with other top management personnel in formulating and establishing company quality policies, operating procedures, and goals utilizing customer inputs.&lt;br&gt; 	Prepare management meeting materials with customer support and program department heads to establish, delineate, and review program organizational policies, to coordinate functions and operations between departments, and to establish responsibilities and procedures for attaining customer objectives.&lt;br&gt; 	Review technical problems and procedures of departments and recommend solutions to problems or changes in procedures.&lt;br&gt; 	Visit and confer with representatives of end use customers to obtain information related to supply quality, capacity of vendor to meet orders, and vendor quality standards.&lt;br&gt; 	Confer with engineers about quality assurance of products on market to rectify issues.&lt;br&gt; 	Prepare metrics and report of customer Quality issues, analyze results and develop action plans for prevention and/or resolution.&lt;br&gt; 	Audit Service centers as required. / Travel required: 20%, including internationally. / On call duty.&lt;br&gt;</description>

   <description>The ideal candidate will support the shop and customer requirements by picking inventory parts accurately and efficiently; preparing items for safe transport to customers while verifying and maintaining accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments; and verifying and maintaining records for incoming and outgoing shipments; addressing complaints and resolving problems.  The primary duties and responsibilities for this position include the following but others can be assigned as needed:&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&amp;bull;	Designated as shop area trainer for areas stated below. &lt;br&gt;&amp;bull;	Convey materials from receiving or production areas to storage or other designated areas; marks material with identifying information and arranges stock parts in specified sequence for assembly by others.  Directs movement of received material to proper delivery destinations.&lt;br&gt;&amp;bull;	Package parts for storage or shipment, maintains appropriate files, participates in cycle counts and assists in maintaining the work area in a neat, clean and organized fashion. Insures the processing of inventory and picking procedures are accomplished accurately and efficiently.&lt;br&gt;&amp;bull;	Compare identifying information and counts, weighs or measures items of incoming and outgoing shipments; verifies information against bills of lading, invoices, orders and other records.&lt;br&gt;&amp;bull;	Determine appropriate packaging requirements and methods of shipment for engines, modules and customer orders; seals engines and modules.  Affix shipping labels and documentation on cartons or crates.
