Position Summary: An excellent opportunity for experienced Network Engineers (senior and mid-level) to support major DoD networks in the El Paso, Texas area. These individuals will be responsible for providing the engineering knowledge and technical direction for both the implementation and sustainment of large-scale communication networks. Typical activities will include planning, designing, developing and maintaining these various networks.

Qualifications:

• At least four years of prior network engineering experience (for senior level position);
at least three years of network support experience (for mid-level positions)

• Proven experience in planning, operating and maintaining voice, wireless, and data
communication systems (either in Cisco or Juniper environments)

• Proven ability to interpret business requirements and engineer or assist in
development and implementation of LAN solutions

• LAN capacity and performance analysis experience (for senior positions)

• LAN Switching design and/or implementation experience (i.e. – Cisco /
Juniper Routers/Switches; satellite communication systems; Linkway
and MPM-1000 SATCOM systems; cellular/wireless/MANET technologies)

• Experience with common routing protocols

• Familiarity with tactical mission command applications
(i.e. CPOF, JCR and DCGS-A) a plus

• Industry Network or Security certifications a plus (but not absolutely required)

• Strong oral and written communication skills

Essential Functions:

- Plan and support network infrastructure adds/changes
- Perform troubleshooting of complex network architectures
- Monitor system performance; Produce and disseminate network status
report, track network status
- Review/make recommendations/modifications to network configurations
and/or architectures to enhance throughput/services
- Be cognizant of network security practices/principles
- Provide on the ground network engineering support through incident
resolution
- Provide resolution documentation for all trouble tickets worked daily
- Plan, conduct and support daily technical review meetings
- Support change management efforts; provide tangible information for
tracking purposes

Position Summary:    The Web Application Developer is responsible for the development, maintenance and enhancements of internally-developed .NET framework applications and interfaces (as well as general web work). This individual will be challenged to implement full life-cycle system design methodologies in a large-scale application environment.
Qualifications: Mid-level candidates with at least four (4) years demonstrated experience supporting large-scale systems; should be familiar with most of the following:

• Security + Certification
